Hi there, I just visited the South Morang showroom, I walked in with my husband and 8 year old daughter excited to view my dream car after months of researching different vehicles. After our test drive and a discussion of pricing we then requested what availability there would be. The manager Roy then comes out introducing himself what we thought was a genuine gesture but to then realise we had been manipulated to be removed as we were not able to give a YES answer right away, they both didn't answer our questions about availability or wait times they just said thanks for coming in goodbye etc. Even though we had expressed that we were in the process of deciding whether we are selling our current vehicle privately or via a trade in, I had advised that our current vehicle is getting appraised today (12/1/24) and I had an appointment with our financial advisor on the 24th of January and based on these results we would confirm our purchase. We left the showroom feeling extremely uncomfortable and quite frankly embarrassed that we had been treated that way, that simply because we couldn't say yes then and there we were not value to them! How disappointing to treat people that way, it honestly felt incredibly disrespectful and greedy for a Manager to treat people so poorly. Extremely unhappy and would not recommend to anyone. UPDATED REVIEW:********* 17/1/2024 There was no resolution, we received a phone call after I'm assuming when they had seen my review however no responsibility was taken on their end for the way we were treated.

I would actually give them a zero star for lack of customer service, lack of empathy, pure rude tone when dealing with clients. No solution provided. I understand that times are busy but there is a way to address and talk to people. Bought my car from here and have been getting it serviced for 5 years but always have had issues. I kept going back as I thought I was locked in with South Morang Mitsubishi service for the warranty period. Better late than never. I called up another service provider and they were amazing, helped me out, took time to understand my problem and were genuine.

Had my 2017 Amarok with multiple faults serviced and fixed here. I was provided outstanding service by George the service manager who oversaw the work being conducted and gave me timely updates on the work being done. I was even provided a loan car of my choice whilst I was without my car for weeks. Thank you to George and Con for the exemplary service provided.

I dropped in to view a second hand 2019 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport recently. Elvis was very helpful during the whole process & test drive. Not once did he try that whole “Hard-sell” used car salesmen angle & was very upfront, which I appreciated. After I crunched some numbers & we did the back & forth negotiations dance, a very reasonable purchase price was agreed on. The car was ready for collection within 2 working days & I found it to be a very “hassle-free” experience & are so far very happy with my purchase. I wish there is a zero star....I took mitsubish outlander to service and very upset with my first visit. Two years old but charged higher that what they mentioned in their website. Didn't notify that I am ineligible for the cap service even though I requested call back. The guy receiving my car mentioned he will see for what he can do with the price but the reception deny it. I bought second hand with the info that the cap service will be transferred. Not understand what the guy mean I am not eligible as I didnt buy from dealer. The reception didn't even bother to listen my story. Lastly, I serviced my car, paid full but it is still showing routine maintenance required. Seriously
